One of the most often neglected areas of home maintenance concerns natural wood flooring.  As with many items needing attention, most of us are fine with day-to-day upkeep, but we neglect important maintenance.  We can provide critical interim care to your hardwoods by first providing a thorough cleaning, then following with water-based topcoats.  This process fills in minor nicks and scratches, involves no sanding or dust, and is ready the same day for light foot traffic.

• Prep area by masking off other surfaces
• Fill in/patch minor nicks to match color and texture
• Sweep hardwood
• Use buffer and/or low psi steam cleaner
• Throughly dry with buffer, air movers
• Apply 2-3 coats water- based finish
• Ready for light traffic in 1-2 hours
