How We Work

We will come to your home or office and evaluate your cleaning needs for free. This allows everyone to know what to expect before we start. At the scheduled appointment a technician will arrive on time or phone you if he is running late. A written estimate will be provided at no obligation.

We will take care to protect your home's residents and premises from damage from vehicles, chemicals, odors, equipment, and slip hazards as necessary. Please inform all residents of our presence and keep children and pets out of all cleaning areas during and immediately following work. BE CAREFUL NOT TO SLIP ON WET FLOORS!

All services at this time are performed by the owner, Curt Holman, who has 15 years expertise and 13 certifications by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification.

If you have any questions or concerns you may call our office at at any time.

Our office hours are: Monday - Saturday 8:30-5:00.

If you have an urgent need such as a water damage or emergency carpet cleaning, please contact our office ASAP. We will try to respond within 15 minutes to all requests for emergency service. After hour calls will be returned as soon as possible or the next business day.
